The Hunter Foundation purchased the house adjacent to the golf course in 2018.  Formerly Howard & Mary Leach’s home, the Colonial House has been renovated and updated since, and provides a great venue for weddings, meetings, and special events. This house is also available on AirBnB for short term stays.
