Previously called “The Annex”, Workspace was originally Honigsbaums Departments Store. It was a two-story building that sold everything that a typical “General Store” would. It is listed on the 1912 map as groceries and tailor as Honigsbaums was a grocery store combined with the general store.
Hunter Foundation purchased this building in 2005. A major renovation took place gutting the inside, installing new mechanicals, electrical and plumbing. In 2014 opened as the Antiques Annex housing over 20 vendors. In 2020, a new tenant opened Workspace which transformed into Tannersville Works, a coworking space available to locals and visitors alike. On the first floor with Tannersville Works, there is small shopping center. The 2nd and 3rd floor were transformed into residential space.
