Tabla is on the 1912 map as a confectionery store-name not listed, and later as “Horton’s Ice Cream. Warm’s Restaurant was opened in 1949, Sam and Yosel Warm came to Tannersville as peddlers in the 1800s, Yosel remaining in the profession of buying butter and eggs and supplying stores and hotels, while Sam opened a hotel on South Main St. Shortly thereafter the Village Bistro opened its doors as an upscale café and eatery.

The Hunter Foundation purchased the building in 2004. In 2013 construction began in order to upgrade heating, plumbing and electrical. Working together with the prospective lessee, a warm and inviting space was created for American Glory BBQ, a well known restaurant also located in Hudson, NY which opened its doors in 2014.

In 2021, we welcomed the Schneider Family who opened Tabla, a mediterranean restaurant and bar.
