FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 5, 2013

It’s all smiles at the newly opened Mrs. Puddle Duck’s Day Care in Tannersville as the children make homemade ice cream for an afternoon snack. The new business in town opened at the beginning of 2013 by Paige Plattner Jones, who has a background in Early Childhood Education and Day Care Management.

Mrs. Jones presented her business plan to the Hunter Foundation who were in the process of remodeling the building formerly known as “Bubbas” at 6049 Main Street, Tannersville and it just seemed to be a perfect match.

The Day Care Center is so bright and sunny, with plenty of room for creative minds to play, learn, eat and take naps. Every corner filled with colorful, toys, crafts, books, musical instruments, games and much more.

“I am extremely thankful that the Hunter Foundation gives community members the opportunity to create and support new business endeavors on the mountain top”stated Mrs. Jones.

Mrs. Puddle Ducks is a New York State Licensed Day Care Center and is currently open for new enrollment by calling (518) 589-4080 or email at Mrspuddlduck@yahoo.com. Check out the website www.mrspuddleducksdaycare.com and don’t forget to like them on Facebook!

The Center hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They offer full time and part time care to accommodate a busy work schedule. Stop in to pick up an enrollment packet and check out what the little ducklings are up to!
